About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our product development team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our Web, Mobile, and Kiosk applications. The role involves testing software integrated with healthcare and IoT devices, validating business workflows, identifying defects, and supporting automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Perform Functional, Integration, System, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Validate Web Applications, Mobile Applications, APIs, and Database interactions.
- Test end-to-end user workflows across multiple platforms.
- Validate hardware-integrated functionalities including healthcare and IoT devices.
- Verify application behavior in both online and offline environments.
- Execute release validation and production smoke testing.
- Identify, track, and report defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
- Participate in automation testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare test reports and quality metrics for releases.
